As soon as you step foot inside, you will be greeted by an abundance of natural light, an airy ambiance, and wonderful decor and furnishings that complete the coastal theme. The chef of the group will be delighted to prepare tasty meals during your stay, as the fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas range, an expansive island with bar seating, stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cookware. Not to mention, that morning cup of coffee will be easy to brew each morning with a coffee maker as well. This lower level is also home to a comfortable living area complete with two plush sofas, a mounted flatscreen TV, and stained glass windows that are absolutely breathtaking, and one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Head upstairs and you will find another cozy living room and three more bedrooms, two of which offer attached bathrooms. Though there will be no difficulty in relaxing right at home base, those who want to venture out will be pleased to know that this home comes with access to the outstanding amenities of Ocean View Beach Club. Each guest can take their pick of taking a dip in the shared pool, watching the kids splash around in the kiddie pool, checking out the clubhouse, getting a sweat on in the fitness room, relaxing in the steam room, or getting a little competitive at the basketball court. With so much fun to be had here in Ocean View, what more could you ask for? This may just become a yearly tradition! Things to Know Free WiFi Netflix streaming available Ocean View Beach Club provides a shuttle to the beach in-season *Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The 2022 fee for renter wristbands is $35 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age 6 and above, while using our amenities, including the pools, Clubhouse/Fitness Center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the Clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards. The replacement cost for lost access card is $50. Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
