This cozy cottage/cabin home is stocked with everything you’ll need to truly enjoy your home away from home. Each bedroom provides a view to the lake and is absolutely beautiful to wake up too! The living room is comfortable and roomy for watching movies with a great surround sound system. The downstairs rec area provides space to play games, another movie area and an extra space to eat and store food in the secondary fridge. The kitchen/dining room/family room is the heart of the home. This room offers beautiful views of the lake and the wooded trail leading to the 2-story dock. The backyard is where you’ll enjoy hanging out with family or friends while soaking in the lake views. There is a covered porch with seating for 7 if you choose to enjoy views in the shade. The outside deck holds up to 12 people comfortably and the two lower areas boast a gas fire pit that seats up to 4, a hot tub that accommodates up to 7, and 6 Adirondack chairs with cup holders for the wood burning fire pit where roasting marshmallows and unforgettable memories are made while overlooking the lake! This home will provide family and friends with space, comfort and the lake experience you’ve been searching for! Pets: The pet fee will accommodate up to two dogs only. Pets should be house trained and on a leash outside of the home. Dog beds and bowls are available upon request. Parking: Absolutely no parking on the street. The driveway accommodates up to 8-9 vehicles. If you have day guest visitors, additional parking is available at the public park around the corner from the home. Boat and Jet Ski Rental: A 2022 Suntracker 90HP pontoon available for free on the first day of check in. Each day after is $395 a day. If you enjoy jet skis, there are two 2022 Yamaha jet skis available to rent, for $295 per ski per day. **Each watercraft has a $500 refundable deposit including the free first day for the pontoon. Please contact the host directly for watercraft booking and dock reservation. Guest will have access to the long driveway which can accommodate up to 8 vehicles and keyless entry to both the front and back side of the home. No parking on the street. If guest should have any questions, the host are available anytime during their stay by phone, text or email. Nature wood and water setting, located on a quiet cul-de-sac street. There is a operations manual on premise to help answer questions about everything you need to know about the home. - 5g and 2.4 Wi-Fi is available, and password is posted in the living room. - There are 2 bedrooms and a loft bedroom that all have Tempur-Pedic mattress toppers and pillows. - Each bedroom has a smart TV and has access to Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube TV for local stations and sports. - There are Alexa Echo dots in each bedroom and the Echo Studio located in the Family/Dining area. - There is a large JBL party box speaker available to take outside on the deck area. There is a noise ordinance after 11:00pm. - The hot tub has a cover to keep the warm warm during the cooler days and it has 2 drink trays to accommodate everyone’s beverages.
