Level two offers a lower-level living area and a dining area that opens onto a covered porch and open deck. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, an ice maker, a wine cooler, and a large window seat that allows for a lot of light. Two primary suites, one with sitting area, bathrooms are tile. This level also offers an additional living space with a large flat-screen TV. THINGS TO KNOW Single step to living room No smoking This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
