This single-level vacation home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living area that encompasses the kitchen and dining areas, a den, a deck, and an outside shower. THINGS TO KNOW This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Amenity fee of $30 per person, per week for use of the fitness center, community pool, and tennis (payable at the pool) Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
