Your private cozy balcony is accessed off the living room. Full modern kitchen with granite countertop seating. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The 2nd bed room has a queen bed. There is a 2nd full bathroom, and a full capacity stacked washer and dryer in a laundry room. The pullout sofa in the living room allows sleep-space for 2 more guests. All the convenience, all the style you'd hope to find for your TC stay. Please note: The Keurig machine was removed from the condo. There is a drip coffee maker available for use. Guest access Guests will have access to a residents-only vestibule with an elevator and electronic lock for extra security. Common areas CCTV-monitored for added security. Other things to note Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
