WELCOME to the Outer Banks, Corolla, and our place: Life By The Sea! It is truly a piece of paradise. You will relax, enjoy beach, have adventures, and make memories to last several lifetimes. There is plenty of things to do for everyone and relax at the same time. Located less than a block from the beach and community pool! It is about a 4 minute walk. We do have a large 7 person hot tub for you to relax in. The space Features of the property: - 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, and free inhouse laundry - Fully stocked kitchen plates, glasses, cups, pots, bans, and everything you need to feel like home. - 1 King Size Bed, 2 Queen Size Beds, 2 Twin Bunk Beds, and Sleep up to 10 people - Only 7 houses from the Beach Access, Less than a block from the Large Community Pool and Tennis Court. The pool will be open late spring through early fall. - Less than 1/2 Mile from Shopping, Restaurants, Adventure Golf & Go Carts, Bike, Scooter, and Golf Cart Rentals. - Less than a 10 minute drive from Corolla Lighthouse, Corolla Adventure Park, 4x4 Beach, Wild Horses, and driving on the beach. - Hot Tub and additional outdoor furniture recently provided. - Pet Friendly for an additional $50 for the first pet and $25 for the second pet to paid paid directly to the owner before arrival. - During the Prime Weeks we offer Weekly (Sunday to Sunday) and Monthly rates. - The community pool is usually open from Memorial Day till the end of September depending on weather. It is not heated. - PLEASE be a minimum of 25 years old to rent this home. The person renting the home must also be staying at the home during the booked trip. Guest access When checking in you will be given a code to access the home. Although check-in is not till 4 pm, but feel free to park at the home after 12 and go enjoy the beach. If the cleaning crew is done sooner we will let you know. Other things to note Our home was completely renovated in the last 4 years. It is clean and very comfortable. We pride ourselves on providing a place to stay that will not disappoint. I was an Air BNB host 7 years ago and wanted to do it again. Feel free to reach out with any questions. The cleaning fee includes fresh linens, bathroom towels, and cleaning of the hot tub. In the Fall of 2025 AIRBNB changed on how they charge their fees. In the past the renter/ guest would be charged a service fee. Now they take it out of the owner's payment. We had to adjust the nightly rate to offset this. You, as our guest, still end up paying the same nightly rate even if it looks higher. Now you are not paying the service fee to AIRBNB. Thanks and I hope you understanding. Our actual rate to you as our guest remains the same. It looks higher, but now AirBNB is not charging you their service fee.
