Hello! We hope you come and stay at our home for your next trip to ride the mountain biking trails or to explore Bentonville and all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer. Our home has Private access to the Back 40 trail through the backyard. The space Our house is located right on the Back 40 Trail. We offer private access to the trail through a gate in the backyard. This makes it easy to jump on your bike and explore the amazing trail system but also the natural beauty of Northwest Arkansas. Guest access We offer access to our whole house. We have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and common area with a couch that pulls out to a queen size bed to accommodate a group of 8 comfortably. Our favorite part of this house is the backyard. It’s a great spot to gather for a BBQ on the back deck or roast marshmallows for s’mores at the fire pit! Just beyond the fire pit is the Back 40 trail (SBAT). If you come for mountain biking, we have a garage to store your bike(s) and we have a bike rack and a bike cleaning station for you to use after a day of riding. Other things to note Observation of house rules is strictly enforced. Upon check out, if there is apparent negligence to the house rules, we reserve the right to invoice your card on file up to $500 for additional cleaning and damages to the house. The fireplace in living room is not a working fireplace. This home is Realtor owned.
