Our family bought a our dream lake home and decided to share it with others who want a prefect getaway to enjoy and explore the Kettle Moraine lake and everything outdoors nearby. This beautiful private 3 bd, 1 bath, lakeside home that was completely rebuilt in 2018 and is only a few steps away from the beach. If you enjoy kayaking, boating, fishing, and the beach life, this home is for you! A great place to unwind and take in the breathtaking sunsets on the lake. The first floor is made of up the following: - JUNE '22 UPDATE - Whole house filtration system installed and water is safe to drink - The kitchen has over 15' of cabinets, an island, and walk-in pantry. There is full size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee supplies, pizza maker, toaster, etc, needed to entertain and make full meals for large groups without having to worry about bringing the supplies. - There is a large open living room and dining room full of windows and a patio door open to the outdoor patio area. There is large L-shaped couch that can be 8-10 people. The dining room table sits 6 guests and 2 guests can sit at the kitchen island. - A large full bath with a walk in tile shower - Laundry room with stackable washer and dryer free to use by guests The second floor is made up of the following - Master bedroom that has a king size bed and walk-in closet. There is a tv that hangs from the ceiling in this room - The middle bedroom is has a queen bed with a dresser and reach in closet. There is a tv in this room as well. There is a loft in the middle bedroom that sleeps 2 with full mattresses and bedding. - The 3rd bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a open wardrobe closet. This room also has a work station desk. The outside is made up of the following - Back yard has a grill, tables, and chairs to enjoy the lake and take in the amazing views while enjoying the outdoor dining space for entertaining - Large stone fire pit to sit, relax, and roast s'mores - Kayaks, canoe, and a paddle board for exploring the lake - Bring a pole and fish from the pier or shore. Cabin sits on Kettle Moraine Lake. Kettle Moraine Lake is a 209 acre lake located in Fond du Lac County. It has a maximum depth of 30 feet. Fish include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. The lake's water is moderately clear. Right next door to Tiki Beach Resort, guests are able to walk along the beach to get access to all the amenities, food, entertainments that the resort has to offer. The beach area is accessible and open to guests. Kettle Moraine State Park is Covering more than 22,000 acres of forested glacial hills, kettle lakes and prairies, the Southern Unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest is interlaced with more than 100 miles of mountain biking, horseback riding and hiking and nature trails. Paddling, boating, swimming, fishing, hunting and winter sport opportunities are all available. The Tiki Beach Resort is your only direct neighbor with a walking path over to the beach. Easy parking on property. The house is the only on on that corner of the lake.
