Beautiful updated house on the water for your group or whole family to enjoy! Plenty of sand to play in by the lake, a pool and hot tub, and kayaks to take out on the water. The house features a beautifully updated full kitchen in an open living area with everything you need. The back of the house features a screened in porch and sunny patio overlooking the pool, the lake, and Texas Hill Country. As you wind down, the bedrooms and main living space all have televisions with streaming. The space The main space is wide open from the kitchen to dining and living room, which leads directly to the screened in patio and porch. Beyond that is the hot tub, pool, and lake. Off of the main living space is a long hallway separating bedrooms from the living room. Each of the bedrooms including guest bathroom are accessed by this hallway. The house includes a work desk with a USB C hub with power, a 27" monitor, mouse, keyboard, and webcam. The internet modem and router are connected to an uninterruptible power supply that will provide internet battery backup in a power outage. The sand by the water has a fine texture and is fun to play in. At normal water level, there are some shallow water areas for the kiddos to play and only a short walk to launch your kayak. Guest access There is covered parking out front as well as additional space for multiple vehicles off the street. The house is within a short drive to restaurants and HEB in Kingsland as well as boat rental and other attractions on the water.
