We are located very close to the M6 and M55 which will take you to Blackpool & Lytham in 30 mins, or the Lake district in just 40 mins. Within only a few minutes you are also in Preston’s main shopping district, with three shopping centers and countless bars, restaurants, and eateries and attractions. Relaxing Living room, Kitchen diner with access to private sunny yard, upstairs to 3 Stylish and comfortable double bedrooms and a 4 piece bathroom. Plenty of nearby local conveniences, Pub, Take-Aways. Parking: Not to park outside number 6 and other houses. You can park on the curb opposite and if you have multiple vans please not have them all parked on the street. The stairs in the property are quite steep, so may not be ideal for those with limited mobility. Sadly, we’re not able to welcome pets at this time. Guest access There is ample free on street parking and a park opposite the end of the street.
