On this same floor, there is an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary elements for preparing magnificent meals. Additionally, on this floor, we have at our disposal a bedroom with a sofa bed (140 cm) and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. On the lower floor, accessible via the internal staircase, we find the other three bedrooms of the villa: one with a single bed and a desk, the second with twin beds, and the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
