Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities. The space This new construction home has carport for 4 cars and a picnic area and an outdoor shower on the First level. Second level has a master with a large ocean facing private balcony and a guest bedroom with a private balcony. Fully equipped kitchen and open living room and balcony. On the rooftop deck, you can enjoy ocean sunrise views with your coffee or a yoga session and sunset views over Snow’s Cut bridge and watch the stars at night. The property sleeps upto 8 guests with 1 King Size Bed 2 Queen Size Beds (Guest Rooms) 1 Pull Out Couch Every room has a smart tv with hi speed internet access.
