Big open dinning area and outdoor patio with dinning table. Parking right in front of the house on the nature strip The space This is a warm and charming home. Bright and open with a lot of windows. Tiled throughout, equipped with well-assorted cosy furniture the house will make you feel home immediately. The house has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom no 1 with a queen size bed (2 person). Bedroom no 2 with a queen size bed (2 person) Bedroom no 3 with 2 single bed. In addition to this beds which sleep 6 people there's a huge 60 qm living area with a 8 seater modular lounge that can be arranged to a bed that sleeps 2. Massive modern TV with wireless unlimited internet access as the rest of the house. Big open dinning are adjoining to kitchen and outdoor patio. The large kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped and organised with a big fridge, dishwasher, microwave and lots of storage. The modern bathroom got a shower and bathtub. The 2 double rooms with the queen size beds have their own private balcony with chairs and table to enjoy the afternoon sun & sunset in the nice green front yard. There is always parking right in front of the house on the nature strip. Guest access In regards to the house, you are booking the entire free standing house. It’s a single story house and you’d have the entire house to yourself. We would obviously not enter the house during your stay, at all. My partner Jenni and I do live in our granny flat on the property in the garden/ backyard. The granny flat is a separate building, only our bath is attached to the very back of the house. There is no privacy issues for our guest at all. The guest's patio is fully blocked of/ can't be looked in. Only the games room is facing the backyard and there's full block out curtains to all rooms. Other things to note 1. We don’t have any TV signal/ program. You can use our WiFi & our Netflix on your device to stream and watch Netflix, or any other video using the TV, or browse internet on the TV. There’s chromecast for your streaming as well. 2. Temporary, the glass sliding balcony door has been securely fixed by a glacier. The door still works & locks. The door needs to be lifted slightly to pull close & lock it. 3.
