Nice little studio 8 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and 7 minutes walk from the Negresco. The property is fully equipped: wifi, tv, bath towels. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Very good rental, 2 min walk from a bakery, shops and supermarkets very close. A tram stop is also a 5-minute walk away with a direct line from the airport. You have access to the garden.
