This lovely, quiet, bright and super-central apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests. It is fully equipped and even has a small garden. For a 4 person booking there is a new pull out sofa bed (you can see the pictures), also an extra bed can be added on request. I am looking forward to your booking! The space The large, bright apartment is located in the center of Schwabing, the famous student and artist district. The nearest subway (Hohenzollernplatz) is 400 meters away. The U2 takes you to the main station after 4 stops. FACILITIES: A double bed (160cm), for a 4 person booking there is a new pull out sofa bed (you can see the photo), also an extra bed can be added on request. Of course there is a flat screen TV, radio and W-Lan internet connection. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave, coffee maker (pods), pot for tea preparation and toaster. For smokers there is the terrace. EATING, DRINKING, SHOPPING: All stores for daily needs are within walking distance. Opposite the house entrance is the French gourmet restaurant M-BELLEVILLE. 300 meters further on Herzogstrasse is the Greek restaurant ELIA and across the street the Mexican TACO Y TEQUILA and on the next corner the WASSERMANN, pub with German and international cuisine. Across the street is the Japanese KIM-SUSHI. The lively KURFÜRSTENPLATZ and the HOHENZOLLERNPLATZ with its fountain are only 400 meters away. At the Kurfürstenplatz you will find the popular CAFÉ SCHWABING. Here also begins the interesting part of the HOHENZOLLERNSTRASSE with various stores, supermarkets and cafes and restaurants for every taste. EXCURSION: By bike you are in the English Garden in about 8 minutes (on foot about 15 minutes). Here you can relax at the "Chinese Tower" with a beer and Bavarian delicacies. Or in the "Seehaus" at the Kleinhesseloher lake. On foot, by streetcar (27) or subway (U2) you are immediately in Munich's main museum area with the "Alte" and "Neue Pinakothek", the Lenbach House or historical sights. WELLNESS: To relax you are in 8 minutes in the Nordbad with sauna or steam bath. PARKING: For a fee on the street. BICYCLES: Bicycling is probably the most elegant way to discover not only Schwabing, but also Munich.
