It has a ski storage closet and parking. Maximum 4 people. Residence at the foot of the slopes of the PYRENEES 2000/FONT ROMEU Station, in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees Regional Natural Park. Studio Cabin, with Wifi, renovated with free private parking in front of the building, close to the forest and kindergarten. Accommodation with a non-terrace area of 23 m2, includes: an entrance overlooking the cabin area with 90 cm bunk beds and wardrobe, following a bathroom with toilet and washing machine; and finally fully equipped living room/kitchen, TV area with DVD player and sofa bed. Large terrace with table, free parking in front of the residence. Equipment: TV, DVD player, fridge, glass-ceramic hob, hood, microwave, toaster, Italian coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, electric fruit press, Raclette machine, Fondue service, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, electric radiators bath, bedroom and living room, duvets and pillows for all beds. Travel crib and board games available. I always leave cleaning supplies available to tenants, if needed during their stay. I offer an option of €10 for single bed linen per bed and €15 for double bed linen & €10 for the toilet kit per person (2 towels). This option is not mandatory. ****** IMPORTANT. Due to the size of the apartment, 25 m2, (see photos) we advise that the apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 2 or 3 children, or 2 couples. We therefore do not recommend the apartment for 5 adults, as they will not be able to store their clothes and belongings.
