A new Hello Kitty room has been created at RESI STAY THE KYOTO. Maiko Kitty, dressed in a kimono typical of Kyoto, welcomes you. The walls, ceiling, and every detail of this special room are covered in Kitty! We also have original Kitty goods only for Hello Kitty room guests. A 13-minute walk from Kyoto Station, this residence-type facility is conveniently located for easy access to various sightseeing spots. The room is equipped with an Android TV so you can enjoy Netflix and YouTube. The space Rental bicycles are available (additional fees) ! When you are traveling, you may find it inconvenient to get around. If you're in the neighborhood, walking is enough, but since you're in a different place from your everyday life, you may want to go a little farther while admiring the cityscape. Please let us know if you want to use them. ★ Baby cribs available for rent! ★ A full baby crib set is available for rent at 4,000 yen (tax included) per stay♪ The set includes: ・Baby crib (W1,041×D737×H950 mm, Aprica "Coconel") and pillow ・Comforter and mattress (with 100% cotton covers) ・Waterproof sheet and diaper disposal bin Note: ・Recommended age: newborns (2.5 kg) to 24 months old (up to 13 kg) ・The number of sets is limited. Please contact us in advance if you wish to rent one. ・This service is not available for guests checking in or out on Wednesdays or Sundays. We appreciate your understanding. 【Room Facilities】 Bathroom dryer, Induction stove, Washing machine, Android TV, Free Netflix, Microwave oven, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Iron, Vacuum cleaner, Safety deposit box ※Towels (bath towels and face towels) are provided for the maximum number of guests. If you wish to add more towels, there is a charge (300 yen: 1 bath towel and 1 face towel). Guest access You are free to use everything in your room. We do not respond to messages between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If you need to contact us urgently during this time, please call the phone number provided at check-in. A telephone is available on the premises for your use. 2. Some furniture, fixtures, and wallpaper may show signs of wear such as discoloration, scratches, or stains due to regular use. We are going to send the information on the check-in process after you book. If you are making a reservation for 4 rooms or more within the same travel group, a different cancellation policy will apply. (1) Reception counter in front of Kyoto Station (About 5 minutes’ walk from Central Gate of JR Kyoto station) Address: ON Building 5F, 544-2, Higashishiokoji-cho, Shimogyo-ku Kyoto-shi, Kyoto, 600-8216, Japan Business hours: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Luggage must be picked up by 8:00 p.m. (2) Storage space at accommodations Time limit: No time limit Please use whichever is most convenient for you. 【Kyoto City Accommodation Tax】 In accordance with the ordinance of Kyoto City, an accommodation tax is levied. The accommodation tax is generally included in the booking rate; however, if additional payment is required, we will contact you after your reservation. Please note that the tax rates will be revised for stays from March 1, 2026. Guests with reservations on or after this date who are subject to additional charges will be contacted individually. If you wish to shorten your stay after making a reservation, our refund policy is as follows: If the date(s) you wish to cancel are 7 or more days from the date you contact us, a refund will be issued for the cancelled nights.
