The space ...spatially you can expect: - a cozy bed / bedroom with TV, Internet (LAN network connection in the room) and various charging options - A spacious bathroom with Velux windows, tub & shower! - A spacious room including an inviting 3-seater leather sofa for lounging & relaxing with cozy cushions for the most individually comfortable posture / draping. - Table & chairs, for working, playing and/or writing to tell your loved ones HOW good you are doing here!✌️😎 - A well-equipped kitchen can be used together with me (as well as fridge, stove & freezer) - Possibility of shared use of my washing machine by arrangement - For more than 1 guest, up to 2 additional cozy mattresses can be used, which can be placed both in the bedroom and in the living room. There is also an original giant Fatboy beanbag, which is very popular as a trendy sleeping accommodation due to the large area, especially among children! In this case, please agree in advance which sleeping places are explicitly desired & whether these are to be covered/equipped by the cleaning company with appropriate sheets and bedding. Pets are welcome; please note the fees of €10 per animal/day - it should be understood that animals do not lie on the bed or on the sofa, as the accommodation has an allergy status. The "price per stay" is not representative, as Airbnb unfortunately does not offer a breakdown between day / animal(s). ...in addition: - Possibility to rent a trekking, mountain or recumbent bicycle - Possibility to rent a boat; shuttle service to the entrance & pick-up location possible by arrangement Guest access It would be great if you could call an hour before check-in so that I can greet you personally and hand over the keys. For the cleaning company, it would be important to know in advance if you want to bring your own bedding and/or towels. There is free parking directly on Einemhofer Weg in front of the accommodation, so that the carrying distance for whatever is pleasantly short!👌 In addition, by prior arrangement (!) it is also possible to use a carport parking space for 8 euros/day, so that you can park dry directly in front of the entrance to the accommodation. Other things to note The small town of Vierhöfen is very quiet in the district of Harburg (northern Lüneburg Heath) but still very central; ... getting there: Accessible via the A7 or the A39 - each just 10 minutes from the Thieshope (A7) or Winsen West (A39) highway exit ... Starting point / travel times to nearby attractions: - Lüneburg = 15 minutes to the salt city worth seeing - Hamburg = 30 minutes to the "gateway to the world" - Wilsede / Undeloh etc. = 20 minutes (ideal for hiking and cycling through the heath!) - Scharnebeck = 20 minutes (Europe's largest ship lift!) - Munster = 30 minutes (German Tank Museum...) - Bispingen = 40 minutes (snow dome, Schumacher kart track, huge brand outlet for stupid shopping😉) - Nindorf = 15 minutes (great zoo for all ages) - Soltau = 40 minutes (Heide Park) - Hodenhagen = 50 minutes (Serengeti Park) - Egestorf = 15 minutes (barefoot park) - Hanstedt = 15 minutes (treetop trail) - Luhdorf = 5 minutes (Green Eagle ⛳ resort with a challenging 18-hole course & damn good and idyllic gastro also for non-golfers!) - Winsen / Luhe = 8 minutes (idyllic small town with plenty of infrastructure and a castle worth seeing) - Salzhausen = 5 minutes (various shopping, observation tower and a phenomenal forest bath for all ages!) - Amelinghausen = 15 minutes (Lopausee for hiking and pedal boating, forest bath, heather flower festival with the election of the queen of the same name, etc.)
