The beautiful Jugendstyl villa is located on the main road of Reiden. The house is easily accessible by train or car. The Reiden highway exit is minutes away. All rooms have access to the shared kitchen. 3 rooms have a private bathroom, 10 rooms have a shared bathroom. The whole house has 24 beds. The space The whole house is used exclusively for guests. Mainly, we host people passing through or workers. The rooms are practically furnished and offer space for personal belongings. The kitchen and balcony offer the opportunity to cook for yourself and enjoy the evening. Bathrooms are shared. If you do not book all the beds, there will be other guests in the house with whom you will share the common areas. There is one room available for every 2 people. Depending on availability, single rooms are also available for an extra charge. Guest access The whole house is used by guests. During your stay If we don't happen to meet, please feel free to contact us by email or phone so we can meet. We go by the house almost every day to see that everything is okay. Other things to note - Quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am - Parking available for passenger cars only. Campers etc. are not allowed to park
