Group gîte among ponies

We welcome you to our atypical group cottage, located in the heart of the Bois-Guilbert Equestrian Farm. Come with friends or family to stay close to the ponies and other farm animals. In harmony with nature, you can soak up the calm and serenity of the place. Welcoming children during our pony camps, this gîte can accommodate 15 to 20 people during weekends or outside school holidays. Here, it's called the "Barn" house. The space You are autonomous in this cottage backed by an old barn. It is located close to ponies and other animals. This is a group cottage for 15 to 20 people, ideal for family gatherings or reunions with friends. In summer, its private garden is chirping with birds nestled in its shrubs. You can sit around the massive outdoor tables, with a barbecue. In winter, you can enjoy the fireplace in the common room to enjoy your raclette by the fire. In harmony with nature, you can soak up the calm and serenity of the place. That's why we no longer accept groups who want to party, thank you for your understanding! The layout is sober, simple but with the necessary, stage gîte type. * The ground floor is composed of a common room and a dormitory: - The common room has: a sofa, fireplace, tables, benches and stools for meals, and its kitchen area with sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, 2 electric hobs, an electric oven and the necessary cutlery. - The dormitory has 4 bunk beds, i.e. 8 beds (small sizes). There is also a sink, storage spaces (small cupboard and drawers under the beds), and a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower suitable for people with disabilities. * Upstairs: - Three bedrooms, 4 to 6 single or bunk beds, with drawers to store your belongings. They each have a shower and a sink. An external staircase provides access to one of the bedrooms on the upper floor. * There are three toilets in all: 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the landing of the floor. * There is a pillow and a blanket per bed: but you must plan to bring a fitted sheet, a pillowcase, and a sleeping bag or a duvet per person! * Private parking closeby. * The furniture is made "in-house" with wood harvested on the property. * A system to produce our own electricity and heat from horse manure is functional on our farm. This "Biogas" supplies the house of the Barn with heat, electricity and hot water. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.
