Simple and functional, it includes a kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms, a small shower room with toilet, and a private terrace for lunch outside. Perfect for an EVJF or EVG, a family stay while respecting the neighborhood: noise must be limited after 9pm. The space Bonjour, We kindly ask you to read the listing in its entirety in order to avoid any surprises (the apartment does not offer the services of a hotel). This is a modest apartment of 70 sqm, located on the ground floor of our house, with completely new floor and bathroom. We ask that you respect the neighborhood by making no more noise after 9pm. The apartment has double glazed windows and a terrace renovated this spring, ideal for your meals or an outdoor aperitif. You will find the necessary dishes for cooking and lunch, as well as a dishwasher and a large refrigerator. There are 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, and bed linen is provided. Each room also has a BZ (armchair convertible into a single bed). A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The shower room, although small, has been refurbished this winter (see photos). There is a washing machine and a dryer in the garden to dry your laundry. We can host you relatively late, so don't hesitate to contact us if needed. Noise must be avoided after 9pm to respect the neighborhood. We have 3 chickens in the garden (Cocotte, Minute and Valve), which you will probably hear in the morning, as they are close to the rooms. There is no air conditioning. Guest access You have access to the apartment as well as your private terrace. Check-in is possible from 6 p.m., and check-out must be no later than 10 a.m. Other things to note A washing machine is available for more comfort during your stay. The supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away, and the bakery is 8 minutes away, for your daily needs. Nearby bus stops make it easy to get around, and the city center is minutes away, providing quick access. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
