All our apartments are in building complexes and are in downtown area where certain level of noise can be expected from the traffic down below and other noises in an urban settings like machinery, police sirens etc. These noises are normal but more than what you can expect in a rural or remote neighborhood. To maintain a safe and quiet environment, we do not accept reservations from guests residing within 60 miles of the property. This apartment is intended for visiting travelers and temporary stays only. Management reserves the right to cancel non-compliant bookings without penalty. Our futon sofa bed offers a convenient extra sleeping space ideal for short stays, children, or smaller guests. Kindly note that due to its compact size, guests around 6 feet or taller may find it less roomy than a traditional bed. Parking is available - reservation is needed for $20 per day.
