Ajstrup Oasis - The Sunflower room

The Sunflower room has a single bed in this pleasant and cosy thatched cottage just up the road from the Astrup Strand beach. You are welcome to share the kitchen, bathroom and dine and watch TV in the living room. The house is furnished in 1950's style, but has all modern facilities. There is a small forest next to the house so there is an abundance of wildlife around the property. The space The rolling hills fold in poetic forms towards the blue sea and Mols' hills on the other side of Aarhus Bay. From here on the hill, you can see an ever-changing landscape, which changes with the seasons and the course of the sun and the weather. You never get tired of the view, and there is enough peace here to enjoy it. The house is quite original, very cozy, maybe a little messy - very human. Come and be: as you are! Guest access You'll have your own place to be in, for yourself; and share common areas with the house owner and possibly a few other guests. There's plenty of space, so we don't usually fall over! During your stay I am a social person and I am happy to give you advice about things in the area or generally about Denmark and living here. However, I respect your privacy, and you are welcome to enjoy your own space on your own. Other things to note There are a number of supermarkets locally, open from early morning until 8, 9 or 10 pm most days. Dispensing chemists are available in both Beder and Malling (the two closest villages 4 km away). Beder has a baker's shop too.
