We’re a family-owned organic farm in North Lombok. For over 10 years, we’ve practiced regenerative farming to care for the land and grow healthy food. Saifana is not a typical hotel. We’re a community-focused project supporting local livelihoods while offering travelers an authentic, meaningful experience. The space THE BUNGALOW Our wooden bungalows are designed for simplicity and sustainability, nestled in the garden as part of an integrated system. Each double bungalow includes: - Queen-size bed - Private bathroom - Mosquito net - Fan - Small terrace - Private hut (Berugak) THE RESTAURANT Open daily from 8 AM to 9 PM, our restaurant serves healthy, farm-to-table meals. Be sure to try our single-origin coffee, harvested from the nearby forest. Guest access During your stay, you’ll have access to the entire farm. Our shared restaurant area is a cozy space to relax, read, or even work remotely. We also have plenty of books and board games for both kids and adults! During your stay THE FARM Saifana Organic Farm is a community-driven space, working closely with the village and local communities. Our team is primarily made up of women from the village. Saifana is not your typical standard hotel. While staying with us, you'll be part of a meaningful project that we have grown with so much dedication for more than a decade. We have a friendly team who will be available to assist you with your requests during your stay. DAILY WORKSHOPS AND ACTIVITIES We offer daily farm activities making every day an opportunity to learn something new! Whether it is a traditional firewood cooking class, kids' farm activities, a cashew workshop or a farm tour, there's always something exciting to explore. LOCAL EXPERIENCES North Lombok is a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, with activities for all ages: - Nature trails: Mount Rinjani, Pergasingan, Anak Dara, Selong Hill - Cultural visits: Masjid Kuno, Bayan Traditional Village - Waterfalls: Tiu Kelep, Sendang Gile, Mangku Sakti - Beaches: Secret Gilis of the East, nearby black sand beaches Other things to note BEFORE YOU BOOK WITH US We understand that our farm isn't for everyone, and that's totally okay! Please read the points below carefully to ensure Saifana is the right fit for you: 1. No AC, Earth-Friendly Living: This bungalow has a fan but no air conditioning. The only accomodation with with AC on the farm is "Silas House". 2. Community Space: Saifana is a community-based farm. You may see local kids reading, playing football, or enjoying the swings. It’s a child-friendly, open space for everyone. 3. Unreliable Wi-Fi: Internet can be spotty. If you need a stable connection for work, we highly recommend getting an XL Axiata SIM card for better coverage. 4. Farm Life Includes Bugs: This is their home before it was ours. While we do our best to keep rooms bug-free, you might see a gecko or insect now and then. They’re harmless, but if bugs terrify you, Saifana might not be the best fit. 5. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but our restaurant is open daily from 8 AM to 9 PM. That said, we look forward to welcoming you :)
