Designed for seclusion and leisure, Silver Sands 29b is located in the perfect spot across the road from Nelson Bay Beach and only mere minutes from the vibrant hustle and bustle of Magnus and Stockton Streets. A quick 600m level walk along the foreshore to D’Albora Marina which boasts cafes and variety of restaurants and Nelson Bay CBD is also only 600m away and is the hub of boutique shopping, wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs. Silver Sands 29b is the back duplex and designed to embrace indoor-outdoor living with a gated courtyard with dining and gas BBQ facilities and experience outdoor living at its finest on the fantastic viewing deck with fabulous water views of the bay and beyond – perfect for relaxing after a summer’s day activities. Entering the property into the large living area you will be surprised by the size and the beautiful timber floorboards throughout which focus comfort and leisure. The living area has a split system air conditioner, large 50" Smart TV, and unlimited Wi-Fi. A fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including an upright stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee pod machine and family size fridge/freezer. Three bedrooms with the main bedroom having a Queen bed and Single bunk, ceiling fan and wardrobe. Bedroom two is separated by a curtain, provides a Queen bed, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom is an open plan bedroom and can been seen from the living area, it is fitted with a Double bed. There are two bathrooms attached to the back duplex, the main bathroom is internal and has a shower over the bath with a feature fashion splashback, toilet, and vanity, the second bathroom is external and has a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity. There is also an external laundry with a washing machine and dryer and the property provides parking for four vehicles in the driveway. If you are looking for a larger property for family groups, you can book Silver Sands House that sleeps in total 14 guests and incorporates 29a front duplex sleeping 6 guests and 29b back duplex sleeping 8 guests - both duplexes are fully equipped and have separate entrances. All up providing five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and multiple living areas, it is an ideal environment to gather large families and friends across this exceptional space – please note there is no internal door between both properties. Back Duplex Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed + Single Bunk + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan (separated from bedroom 3 by a curtain) Bedroom 3 – Open plan bedroom with a Double bed Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay. McGrath Port Stephens is located prominently right in the heart of Nelson Bay with a friendly property management team that aim to make your booking as easy as possible and your holiday as relaxing and enjoying as possible. All guests are called when their booking is confirmed and all procedures are explained. Please check if the property you are booking provides sheet and bath towels or if you have the option to hire or bring these with you. Our office is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Keys are to be collected from our office reception for the property they are staying at, if arrival is after hours we have an after hour key collection box at our office for guests that require this service. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in prior to the day of arrival. This check in is to be completed via the link emailed and will require the guest to upload a photo of their drivers license. If you wish to cover certain personal details on the license please do so, this information will be held on a PCI compliant site until 14 days after check out.
