It is a two bedroom attached unit, which has it’s own entrance. PLEASE NOTE: Pricing is for 2 adults in one bedroom. If you require 2 bedrooms, you will need to enter 3 Adults. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedroom 2, a queen bed. The bathroom has a large shower & vanity unit. The toilet is seperate. A microwave, small fridge, toaster, kettle & pod coffee machine, crockery, glassware & cutlery are provided along with tea, coffee, & milk. Due to large property we have a No Pet policy. The space The "East Wing" of our house has two bedrooms. One with a king size bed, the other a queen bed. The seperate entry to your space is via a sliding door, off the front courtyard. The bathroom has a large shower and the toilet is in a separate room. The bedrooms open onto a living area which has a large couch, TV & a small dining table. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pod coffee machine and other necessary kitchenware. Our home is set on three acres, as are all the homes in this area. Due to the fencing & local wildlife, we have a no pet policy, We are only 10 minutes from the Hobart Airport and 15 minutes from the city! A great base for the Tasman Penninsula, East Coast and Huon Valley. There is a very sparse public bus timetable, which goes into the city. It is recommended that you have a hire car, if you are wanting to look around Hobart and the surrounds. Other things to note There isn’t a full kitchen. A small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster & kettle is in the unit. Crockery, cutlery & glassware for your use, as well as tea, coffee pods & other condiments. Outside there is a BBQ for your use. A great & well stocked grocery store is 3 kilometres away. A hire car is a must, unless you are happy to taxi or Uber into the city.
