Loire Valley family home + beach 300 m away

Friendly, spacious and very bright house with all the comforts. In a family neighborhood that is very popular with children. The pond 300 m away has beaches, 1 of which is supervised by lifeguards in July/August. The Loire is a few hundred meters further away and also offers beaches and especially views. The center of Oudon is a few steps away with its supermarket, bakeries, butcher, beautician, hairdressers, restaurants, bars, ... The space Our house is located in a charming village on the banks of the Loire. Our neighborhood is rather quiet and composed of families with children from 3 to 15 years old. The configuration of the house is a bit unusual because on a sloping plot (20% on average), we therefore opted for an entrance at the level of the bedrooms (+ bathroom + toilet) and a staircase that descends into the living room (living room/dining room/kitchen 70 m²) and the master bedroom (+dressing room and bathroom). This choice has the advantage of having a balcony in 2 of the 3 bedrooms on the floor and having a living room that opens onto the terrace with its courtyard and the wooded garden (600 m²).
