Private Suite (Room w Bath), Walk to UCR

A comfortable private suite in a fairly large house close to the University of California, Riverside. GPS estimates UCR is about 11 minutes away by foot and 5 minutes away by bike. The house has a kitchen, dining room, backyard, and living room shared with other guests. The room includes a queen-sized bed, writing desk, personal mini-fridge, personal AC, closet, and dedicated bathroom. We provide a washer/dryer, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, and drinking water for our guests during their stay. During your stay A manager or host will be available at the house most, if not all, of the time during your stay if you have any questions or concerns. If there are no manager(s) or host(s) available, please use the Airbnb message service. Other things to note This property has an ongoing pest control service contract. A list of chemicals used in the treatment is available upon request. Please report any pests sightings so we can resolve the issue as soon as we can. We are not liable for any unreported pest sightings.
