No small children please. Great accommodation for a group, fully self contained with small kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, microwave, hot plates, small Breville Oven, pots/ pans, small fridge, rice cooker, kettle, Queen bed and 3 singles,separate from but within a large home. I live downstairs and other guests may be here. Clean and comfortable, the home is 40 years old but has been updated. For an extended stay please look elsewhere. The space 2 bedrooms (one double, one with twin beds in large house with pool, free wifi and all modern conveniences. Ear plugs are supplied as, depending on winds etc sometimes there will be flight path noise. Close to Griffith University, PA, Greenslopes and QE2 hospitals and Toohey forest. Walk to bus and shopping. Friendly host who knows the area backwards.. This is a flat contained within my home, there is another flat next door and I live downstairs. All have seperate entrances and back doors and are self contained. For everyone’s comfort I prefer not to host small children. Guest access Guests will have access to a living area, small kitchenette, own bathroom, share laundry, pool, deck and two bedrooms in the home. This space is seperate and private from the rest of the house with its own entrance and back door. Please nominate a time of arrival at the time of booking. During your stay I like to intoduce my guests to how everything works and then leave it to them to do their own thing. You can come and socialise with me if you feel so inclined or stick to yourself. It is up to you! Other things to note This is sub tropical South East Queensland and as such there are bugs. The place is fully screened but at certain times of the year ants are known to come inside especially if there is food left out. To minimise this issue please ensure you clean up properly after eating and if the issue gets too annoying contact me and I will arrange extra spraying.
