Venthon is a small, peaceful mountain village located 500 meters above sea level, at the entrance to the Beaufortain massif and only 3 km from Albertville and all its amenities. This chalet is our main residence, we make it available during our holidays. It is therefore fully equipped. The space This 200 m² chalet combining wood and stone has a large living room of about 55 m² open to a flowery terrace of 50 m² (southwest facing) with stunning views of the Bauges and Aravis massifs. It is located 21 km from the resort of Arêches, 27 km from Les Saisies (Espace Diamant), 37 km from Brides-les-Bains where there are ski lifts leading to the 3 valleys area (Méribel, Courchevel, Val Thorens). A swimming pool built into the terrace invites you to relax. Once closed, it is safe for children. (The pool is in operation from mid-May to late September) Organization of spaces: On the ground floor: - An entrance area - An office area - A shower room with toilet and washing machine - A small garden of 150 m2 On the 1st floor: - A toilet - The main room with living room, dining area and open kitchen. Other cars can park in the town hall parking lot located 50 meters away. We rent out our house when we are away for several weeks. This cottage is our main residence but we take care to remove all of our personal belongings to make you feel at home. You will have access to the entire living space of the house; only the garages and a wardrobe are locked. Depending on the day and time of your arrival, we will be there to welcome you or the keys will be available in a lockbox. Other things to note Extra linen: We offer the provision of linens: beds made on arrival + towels = €10 per bed. If you wish to book this service, the amount will be added to the price of your stay.
