ABOUT THE SPACE: Guests will have the entire apartment on the 3rd floor furnished, equipped and independent, only the access areas are common. "TERRAZA VALLE GREEN" apartment, is located in the district of Cayma (traditional and tourist district of Arequipa). It has a nice view of the Chilina valley, it is a suitable stay for those looking for a combination of the countryside and the city. The space THE ACCOMMODATION: The "TERRAZA VALLE GREEN" apartment has a living room and kitchen/dining room, three bedrooms, and a large bathroom with hot water. Includes TV in all rooms, Claro Video, Netflix, Prime. Video and WiFi internet. Two terraces, bathroom on the main terrace from there you can enjoy the Arequipa sun and the natural landscape of the Chilina valley. As well as a spectacular view of the three guardian volcanoes of the city of Arequipa: Misti, Chachani and Pichupichu. I live in the house with my parents and sisters, and we can share our experience, guidance, and tourist help about the city with our guests. Public transportation is two blocks from the apartment. Other things to note ADDITIONAL: - We have the PICNIC service (romantic and family) on the "TERRAZA VALLE GREEN" terrace; as well as the PICNIC service in the "LAS TRES MARÍAS" country estate located in the heart of Cayma. - Cycling and walking through the Chilina Valley, as well as other tourist places in the city of Arequipa. - We have two countryside recreation and/or picnic places, one in the Chilina Valley and another in the heart of Cayma.
