(Pls Note: NOT YET OPEN TO FOREIGN CITIZENS ) The space Our property offers a comfortable and well-equipped space to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests. The Master Bedroom is air-conditioned, featuring a luxurious King Size Bed (6 ft x 6.25 ft) with protective bed covering, cozy Bed Sheets, blankets, and two fluffy pillows. For your convenience, there is also a wardrobe with hangers to store your belongings. The attached toilet is modern and includes a washbasin, shower, geyser, and a western commode. In the 2nd Bedroom ( no A/c), you'll find a Double Bed (4ft x 6.25 ft) with protective bed covering, two Bedsheets, and two pillows. The attached toilet is equipped with a washbasin, shower, and a western commode, although there is no geyser. The Main Hall is a perfect spot to relax and unwind, complete with an LCD Smart TV for entertainment. The comfortable sofa set (3+2), teapoy, and dining table with four chairs add to the homely ambiance. Our Kitchen is well-equipped to cater to your culinary needs. You'll find a refrigerator, a gas stove with a piped gas connection for hassle-free cooking, a rice cooker, an electric kettle, and a mixer grinder. We provide minimum vessels and plates for your cooking and serving convenience. Step out onto the Balcony to enjoy a stunning city skyline view, perfect for a breath of fresh air or a cup of morning coffee. For your laundry needs, there's a Utility Balcony with a semi-automatic washing machine. We strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we hope you have a wonderful stay at our homestay! Guest access Guests will have access to several convenient amenities during their stay. There is one covered car parking space available near the basement exit, ensuring easy access to your vehicle. Within the complex, there's a general store located conveniently near the basement exit, offering all the basic necessities for cooking and toiletries. Laundry and ironing services are also available in the basement area, providing added convenience. For recreation and leisure, guests can take advantage of various facilities, including a well-equipped Gym, a refreshing Swimming Pool, and an Indoor Game room featuring Table Tennis and Pool tables. Additionally, there's a Badminton court for sports enthusiasts. Families with children will appreciate the dedicated toddler play area and the Kid's play area, ensuring entertainment and fun for the little ones. With these wonderful amenities, guests can enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay, making the most of their time at our homestay. Other things to note Before booking, there are some essential details that potential guests should be aware of: Caution Deposit: A caution deposit of Rs 2000/- is required to be paid to the association (to care taker upon check-in. (cash or UPI mode).This deposit will be fully refunded upon vacating the property, provided there are no damages or outstanding dues. Valid ID Photocopy: Guests are required to submit soft copy of a valid ID with address before check-in for security purposes. Foreign Nationals: WE ARE YET TO RECEIVE APPROVAL FROM FRRO TO HOST FOREIGN CITIZENS We kindly request guests adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and hassle-free stay.
