(30mins either way) Bedding arrangements accommodate 2 adults or 1 adult + child max. No exceptions or pets. Nearby is IKEA, shops, cafes, access to Park 'n' Ride to take a bus to the city. Drive to nearby Daisy Hill Koala Conservation Park. Contact-free check-in via lockbox. This was a built-in double garage space which has been converted into a studio. Attached to the main house but fully self-contained with separate entry. Located in a quiet no-through street. Suitable for 2 adults or 1 adult 1 child max. No exceptions or pets. 1 double bed Air-conditioned studio. (heating & cooling) Sofa (no sofa bed) Kitchen with electric cooktop and oven. Microwave. Fridge/freezer provided. Separate washing machine also provided. HDTV Study desk space Wardrobe space WiFi Important Notes: - We are a small family of 2 adults. 1 retired and 1 full-time worker. We are providing this space with the expectation that you will respect it as we do :) - There is a bedroom above as part of the main house. You will hear the sound of footsteps on stairs. - No off-street parking on the property at any time. Ample free street parking. Full access to self-contained studio with separate entry that has a separate bathroom with shower, toilet & laundry. Also a full kitchen with electric cooktop, oven, full sink and fridge with all required cutlery. As we live in the main house, any issues, please send us a text message. We live in a very quiet no-through street with primarily families living in our area. You have quick access to all amenities being right next to the highway and a short stroll from IKEA. Best to have a car to get around, however if in need there is a Park'N'Ride bus stop about 10-15mins walk away where you can take the bus into the city.
