Attached to the main house but fully self-contained with separate entry. Located in a quiet no-through street. Suitable for 2 adults or 1 adult 1 child max. No exceptions or pets. 1 double bed Air-conditioned studio. (heating & cooling) Sofa (no sofa bed) Full kitchen with electric cooktop and oven. Microwave. Fridge/freezer provided.
