Part of the Can Botana TA complex (A-PM 1776), 12 semi-detached villas jointly managed by the owners’ community. Exempt from individual NRA registration. Located in Cala Sant Vicenç, 4 minutes from the main beaches. NON-HEATED COMMUNAL POOL. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, private terrace, A/C and Wi-Fi. Ideal for FAMILIES. Not suitable for party groups. The space At Can Botana 8 you will find many things that will make you feel at home. We provide towels, pool towels, bed linen, blankets and duvets. In the kitchen, you will find all the necessary utensils: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, frying pans, pots, all kinds of crockery, tablecloths… In the en-suite bathroom, there is a hairdryer. On the private terraces, there are sun loungers and chairs so you can sit comfortably to read or simply enjoy the sound of the birds. By the shared pool, there are communal sunbeds where you can relax and sunbathe. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN CAN BOTANA 8 IMPORTANT: The house is located in a wooded area near the sea, so humidity levels can be high, especially during the colder months. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR PEOPLE WITH ASTHMA OR SENSITIVITY TO HUMIDITY. Failure to comply will result in a €50 charge. * TAP WATER IS NOT SAFE TO DRINK. We recommend using bottled water for drinking. * THE COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN FROM MAY TO OCTOBER (inclusive). Outside this period, it remains closed for seasonal maintenance and in accordance with local regulations. * During heatwaves, it is common for cockroaches or ants to appear, especially in the warmer months. The property undergoes regular professional pest-control treatments, which are the preventive measures within our control.
