Perfect for those dreaming of a holiday just a stone's throw from the sea, the villa is surrounded by nature and offers maximum privacy thanks to the fenced garden and the equipped outdoor patio. Just 10 meters away is the Summer Time beach establishment, where 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers are reserved free of charge for guests. The privileged position, practically facing the sea, allows you to experience your stay in complete relaxation, between the scent of the sand and the sound of the waves. The villa has a large private outdoor space, perfect for socializing, children's games or simply relaxing in the shade. Inside, the spaces are large, well-kept and furnished in a rustic and welcoming style. The open space living room includes a fully equipped American kitchen (pots, dishes, plates, oven, refrigerator, moka) and a dining table for 8 people. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and an LCD TV. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms furnished and equipped with spacious wardrobes. The villa has an internal bathroom with shower and a second external bathroom with shower. Hot/cold air conditioning is present in all rooms and is included in the living room. The maximum number of guests is 6. Fixed or mobile mosquito nets are available throughout the house. From there you will receive all the instructions to access the villa. For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly. Self check-in is also available, to be agreed upon according to needs.
