We have a small starting supply of amenities, toilet paper etc for the first portion of your trip. Hereafter you will need to replenish supplies from the nearby supermarket as required. The apartment will be made up with bedding, including fresh linen and bath towels. We do not provide pool towels as standard. For Swimming, You are welcome to use the bath towels provided and launder them as required with your washer and dryer. Alternatively, we can hire pool towels from our linen supplier for $6 each upon request (must be ordered before arrival day). For stays longer than 7 days, a complimentary mid- stay clean (a full change of linen and vacuum) can be arranged upon request. This will need to be scheduled ahead of time. The code for the safe box at the front of our shop, will be sent by email and/or SMS - anytime up until 2pm on arrival day. On departure day you will return both sets of keys to our shop to the left of the safe box where you collect your keys (or safety box if Sunday or early morning before 8am). Simple. Because many people ask: 1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now or may select the 'pay less upfront' option and pay half now and half 15 days before arrival (Payment options are subject to change by Airbnb - This is a guide only). We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately a property can not be held until the payment is made and property is officially booked. 2. Damage Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the damage deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out. 3. The site blocks telephone numbers and email addresses until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you or email outside of the Airbnb platform. Your may type in your email address with your message when booking and we can send you further check-in information and attachments. 4. WiFi is included at no charge. 5. Parking is included at no charge. Maximum vehicle height is 2.2 metres. Buses, tall vehicles, trailers, caravans, boats or any vehicle taller than 2.2 metres cannot access onsite parking. If travelling with any of these vehicles, you may ask us for guidance - The parking options for taller vehicles, trailers, etc will NOT be within the resort basement parking or resort common areas and will be public areas/paid parking. Your apartment includes one complimentary car space in the Hilton Residents Parking basement below your apartment. Understandably more than one car may visit with your booking.
