Peter's island in Goslar's old town on 50 m²

In an old clay half-timbered house, which is located in the fairytale part of the old town of Goslars next to the Frankenberg Church, our apartment on 50 square meters offers you a lot of beautiful things. The old town, the Rammelsberg silver mine and the Oberharzer Wasserwirtschaft are 3 world heritage sites. The market square is only 600m away, in another direction you are right in the great outdoors. Our area is well developed for hiking, cycling and biking. We had many great and interesting guests in our first 12 months. I don't regret a day of providing you with our beloved apartment. So you can lounge wonderfully with us and browse on a cup of tea in these books. The sleeping area for two people is separated from the 30 sqm living room by open half-timbering. It contains a 2*2m double bed, which probably means "king-size". A DVD player is connected to the flat screen TV in the living area. You can also use your Netflix/Disney/Anazon account on an attached box. DVDs, board and card games can be found on a shelf next to it. On the other side of this room, you get to the kitchen, which is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. We have a regular filter coffee maker and an Italian coffee maker that pushes the boiling water with steam pressure from below through a metal filter. For people who prefer to drink tea, there is also a special glass teapot with a filter insert. The kitchen is also equipped with a blender, hand blender and the usual knives and cutting boards, bowls, strainer, potato peeler, dishes and cutlery, so nothing should be missing. Feel free to give us tips if anything else is missing. This is followed by a large shower room. Arrival: In the city of Goslar, a tourist tax is due, which must be collected by me upon arrival in cash when completing the registration confirmation. Roughly, you have to expect €2.30 per person per night at most. However, there are conditions for the calculation that are not adjustable with Airbnb, so unfortunately so cumbersome. If you book for 3 paying people, you will get an additional bedroom of 10m² for the third person. The space is located outside the studio on the same hallway. Guest access You can store your skis, sleds, bicycles or strollers in the hallway on the ground floor. Other things to note The apartment offered is the first apartment completed in this house.
