Vacation house with pool is located at hilly terrain and also near the city center(5min walk, 1 min drive). Total of 16 people can enjoy this peacefull location. From balcony you can enjoy in view on city, sea, islands and mountains but at background of house you can relax up to pool. House have 3 floors, connected with internal stairs. The house has eight bedrooms, six bathrooms(2toilets), two kitchens, living room with mini-bar, space for fitness... Mini market in garage of house. The space Using all house(with 5 parking spots) with group of close friends or families where everyone can find spot for enjoy. House can accommodate 16 people maxium. Relaxation in peace in nature or with music in background just behind of house up to pool(with barbecue) and relaxation in view on city at long balcony which have every floor. In garage two small goals for play football(soccer), ping-pong table and table soccer. First and third floor have bedrooms, toilets, wardrobe, living room and big kitchens with dishwasher and washing machine and some little things what you need. Second floor for fun with PS 4 with 4 joystick for play in room with balcony, fitness for stretch,... Guest access All house for using with parking. Other things to note Greenery behind a house( lemon trees, rosemary, up to olive trees, small palm, orange...), deckchairs, sun umbrellas, electric barbecue. Close to center city, beaches (pebble, sandy), bus station. UNESCO cities Split and Trogir in 1 hour drive and Makarska riviera in 45min drive. House itself can accommodate 16 people in total
