Welcome to the "Ferme De Chenevier". Located in the heart of the Green Ardeche, at the crossroads of roads leading to the countless tourist, cultural, sporting and even gastronomic activities of the region. Here is "La Roulotte Fleurie", a rare, authentic vintage large caravan restored in a unique, bohemian, chic and refined style. It faces the typical Ardéchois farmhouse built in 1648. Surrounded by a country garden with vision, the most beautiful mountain in the region! The space La Roulotte, large size, completely restored and redecorated a few years ago (everything inside is almost new) and totally equipped to feel at home, in all seasons, cold or hot! as comfortably as possible (for a very small space!), ideal for romantic lovers! There is not the slightest chance in the location of each piece of furniture or object, to the nearest cm (to optimize the available space). The detailed photos will provide you with a lot of additional information with the associated captions. The mountain at the foot of which the hamlet is built "Chantelermuze" (833m), which means in the old language of Celtic origin "the pebble with lizards" (there are really many!) dominates everything. You will find calm, relaxation to recharge your batteries as close as possible to nature, lulled by the freshness of the truly black and starry nights. Guest access The Farm is located in the very old and tiny hamlet of ROYOL, located between 2 small paths mainly used by a few tractors going into the many neighbouring fields. The access to the estate, at the accommodation, is very discreet, direct, without any disturbance. Upon arrival, I will give you the keys in person, as well as all the various information you may need. The easiest parking is less than 10 m away, several solutions are available. In the heart of an authentic heritage, surrounded by forests, fields and a large number of orchards (lots of cherry trees and a lot of apricot trees!). Near the village of St Victor and St Félicien (home of the "sweet curd", the most authentic and genuine Ardèche cheese!). Less than 20 km from Annonay and Tournon-sur-Rhône. All possible discoveries are available from this tiny point on a map, the neighboring hamlet is the main passage of the region to discover the riches of the Ardeche, in the North and South. For example, the chocolate factory Valrhona (Tournon-sur-Rhône),vineyards and restaurants highly rated, visit many "villages of character" among the most beautiful in FRANCE, the zoo of Peaugres (with safari! very very recommended), the famous little train Ardéchois (1891! very very vintage), Farms and productions of excellent local products to taste and not found for export, The markets of the terroir, countless bike rides by car, bucolic baths, etc ... Other things to note Following the COVID19 pandemic, as a matter of basic precautions, various sanitary measures have been taken, bed linen (sheets of 2 beds in 140 and 110 cm, see photos) is carefully washed and disinfected and the toilet linen provided (various towels) are disposable, not reused. Comfortable pillows and various blankets are of course provided. Miscellaneous kitchen equipment, tea towels, and accessories, must be clean and not altered upon your departure. Salt, pepper and quality food oil provided. The large model barbecue is "weber" type, all accessories are provided plus 10 kilos of excellent charcoal to start. The SPA available all summer, is for you alone. No meals are provided. The property, of course, must be made perfectly clean and healthy. For safety reasons, the arrival of very young children (up to about 7, 8 years old) is not recommended. The steep and wild garden, very integrated into the surrounding decor, requires a very regular attention, really special from them. No pets (but you will see many, cats, very nice dogs, chickens, ducks, geese, donkeys, horses, ponies, goats, and for wildlife, foxes, badgers, weasels, rabbits, hares, deer, cuckoo, owls, eagles, buzzards, ravens, partridge, etc ...). The "chemical" toilet integrated in the bathroom and the most suitable for this type of light habitat and especially what makes it better on the market (all maintenance products are provided). I really ask you to respect the habitat, to keep it clean, not to damage the decor (REALLY VERY FRAGILE!) which required months of work done with a lot of love! The entire structure, garden, and even the general environment is non-smoking for ecological reasons and regular droughts (in any case NO butts and ashes on the ground). For obvious interview questions, I am obliged, from time to time, to inspect the garden (watering, planting, cutting, etc.). In autumn, you will find in the forest, large quantities of Ardeche's mushrooms and chestnuts! There are no other guests than you in this plot of land, you will be very very quiet (I know how to be discreet!). Of course, I can be reached for any request or various help, do not hesitate, no worries.
