Our apartment has 3 spacious terraces with a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean, which are equipped with 2 deck chairs and the dining zone. The maximum occupancy for rental is 5. Being a part of the famous exclusive Encosta Da Orada complex, our apartment is a perfect getaway for young couples and families. The entire complex is located close to the Beach Peneco, which makes it a perfect destination for short- and long-term holiday in any season. The brand new fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment is a modern, designed in a minimalistic style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for each guest. Focusing on your comfort, the 92 m² large apartment is an excellent fit to accommodate 5 people. The configuration of apartments is as follows: 1 bedroom with a full-size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables; a large living room, featuring 2 sofa - beds, Smart TV Samsung LED - 55'' (YouTube Premium, Netflix and 220 satellite channels free for our guests), a bathroom with a hydromassage bath, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 terraces. The living room has direct access to 2 terraces with the stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen has an access to the third terrace with the views of beautiful landscaped garden and 2 swimming pools. All terraces have a dining zone and the large sunny terrace also has 2 sun loungers. Our apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwashing machine, washing machine, fridge (all - Zanussi), water kettle, coffee machine (DeLonghi Magnifica) etc. Our apartment is equipped with 2 air conditioners (Haier), which can be used for both cooling and heating. Guest access Our apartments offer high-speed Internet - up to 500 Mb, WI-FI is free for our guests. Tea, coffee and kitchen spices are available for our guests to use in the apartment. We provide each guest linens and a set of towels for using in the apartment, on the pool and on the beach. Showers and toilets are available on the territory of the pools for our guests. To create complete silence in the rooms, guests can use electric blinds; control keys are located next to the windows in all rooms. If you are travelling with infants, our apartment has a baby cot and a high chair, both provided free of charge for our guests. Please notify us in advance. For the safety of guests, the apartment has a safe-box for documents and valuables. We offer our guests tennis rackets and a set of tennis balls (also for free), which guests can use to play on the tennis court in the complex. Guests of our apartment have access to both swimming pools for adults (depth up to 160 cm) and kids (depth up to 50 cm), from 08.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m. The sun loungers and the beach towels are also free of charge for our guests. Tennis courts, 2 swimming pools and other recreational facilities are available only to residents and guests of the apartments. Parking: Free parking is available on the complex’s premises, including underground parking. The apartment complex is gated, and during the period from May to October the complex is monitored and guarded. Other things to note Check-in: Our guests can independently choose a contactless check-in or a meeting in our apartments. You will receive check-in instructions 1 day before arrival. Just tell us about your choice for registration and we will be happy to meet you. Health and safety: Our team is strictly concerned about health and security of our guests! We use the professional standards of cleaning and hygiene in our apartment for our guests. For your own safety, guests can use masks and antiseptics, which are available in the apartments. First aid kit in apartment is equipped with thermometer and all the necessities.
