We welcome max of 2 dogs - NO ADDITIONAL PET FEE!!! - A standard lease agreement may be sent after booking for signature Guest access This is a 2 bedroom apartment seperated from another space by a locked double door (you'll have the entire space featured in the photos all to yourself). There my be ambient noise bleed through - think of adjacent hotel rooms. there's an unfenced backyard for the pups. Other things to note Max. number of guests is set to 5 - this includes up to 4 adults and 1 child. The "Summit Stage Shuttle" (1 block away) takes you all over the mountains including Breckenridge, Frisco lake, etc. If you don't enjoy driving, this is for you. Or if you prefer not to back track on your hikes, you can get off 1 stop, hike to the next. Perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the outdoors.
