Designed with beautiful decor, this conveniently located flat is made for families looking to stay in Paris central! The space Welcome to our home! The cosy living room has a comfortable sitting area, a TV and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The dining area is also equipped with a fireplace, on top of a dining table that can fit up to 4 people at a time. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. The first bedroom is fitted with a double bed that will be made up with hotel quality linens. The second is fitted with 2 single beds (children's beds) The bathrooms are fitted with a bathtub and walk-in shower as well as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries too. I hope you have a fantastic stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
