Villa with swimming pool and a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located in the heart of Salento, in the countryside and a few km from the sandy beaches of the Marine di Ugento and immersed in the greenery of the Salento nature. The infinity pool is surrounded by an exotic botanical garden. There are a total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms for a maximum accommodation capacity of ten/eleven beds. The space The property is accessed from a private driveway with a gate. There are two independent houses, both equipped with a veranda, furniture for outdoor dining, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, ideal for pizza parties. The magnificent infinity pool (10x5 meters) is equipped with a salt system, for a pleasant bath in water free from the smell of chlorine and not aggressive on the skin. Two lovely gazebos near the swimming pool are the ideal place for lunches and dinners or for simple relaxation overlooking the swimming pool. The main house, located near the swimming pool, has its own veranda, equipped with a long table, a ping-pong table and a swing: ideal for spending fun afternoons. The dining room, equipped with sofa and TV, is served by a small well-equipped kitchenette. The living room also leads to the bathroom/shower and to the two bedrooms. Specifically, one double and one twin (which can be transformed into a double by joining the two beds). The outbuilding, about thirty meters from the main house, is made up of three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and two that share a second bathroom/shower. The outbuilding also has a small kitchenette and a veranda with garden furniture. All rooms are air conditioned. Guest access The entire property is rented for exclusive use without any sharing area. Other things to note The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 31st, except in adverse weather conditions.
