We are located in a very quiet new development, with a park in front of us. Eco-friendly house rated A2. Lovely interiors and relaxed home close to all amenities. 20 minutes walk to beautiful Dun Laoghaire sea front with popular walking pier, Dart station, supermarkets,fast food, great restaurants, cinema,The Library , the Pavillon Theatre and People's Park... Supermarket,coffe shop and laundry facility just around the corner. Well connected with city center by bus E2 that stops 3 min walk. The space The house is very warm and pleasant, with triple-glazed windows and solar panels. The room is cosy and comfortable and is situated on the first floor. It is completed with wardrobe and desk . Kettle, coffee and tea facilities, snacks provided. Free WIFI. Guest access Check in time is from 4pm onwards, check out 10am: it is flexible but prior arrangement is needed. Please note that there isn't full access to the kitchen. Access to the house is not allowed to externals. Smoke free. Pet free. During your stay Guest are welcome to email or text me should they need advice during the day. Other things to note We ask guest to respect our home and neighbourhood by not causing any disturbance. Please avoid loud phone or video calls at night to respect other people's sleep. Access to the house is not allowed to externals.
