PLOVANIJA - BUJE Plovanija is a small and beautiful village in northern Istria and administratively belongs to the city of Buje, Istria County, Croatia. It is located near the border with Slovenia and 6 km from the city of Buje. The fertile area of Plovanija and Buje is a gently rolling area with a Mediterranean climate.
