Holiday Flat "Silvaner"

Arrive, unwind, relax. Enjoy the heavenly tranquility and idyllic ambience amidst vineyards and fields. Let nature work its magic on you - chirping birds, buzzing bees, hares in the vineyard, butterflies in shrubs and bushes. And enjoy one of the wonderful sunsets with a glass of good wine. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a spacious kitchen. Bedroom 1 has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a pine wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) made of solid spruce and a pine wardrobe. In the living room, a corner sofa with a sleeping function invites you to linger and enjoy cozy evenings. The massive coffee table and the shelves made of wine boxes are designed with a lot of love to match the wine theme itself. Relaxed TV evenings are also ensured thanks to the large smart TV. The kitchen has a fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, built-in fridge including freezer and a spacious dining set consisting of a corner bench, large dining table and 3 chairs. This ensemble has a very special history, because it has already survived the complete fire of the old house in 2014. In elaborate work, we freed it from soot, sanded it and newly embedded it with linseed oil varnish. The resulting rustic look combines rural feel-good character with modern, simple furnishings. The kitchen also includes a microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and cooking spoons. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet, linen cabinet as well as washing machine, heat pump dryer, clothes rack and hair dryer. A highlight is the approx. 20 m² roof terrace with a fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards and the city of Kitzingen. A massive seating area with a table and 2 benches invites you to brunch together or have a relaxing glass of wine. The total area of the apartment is about 75 m2 plus the roof terrace. Up to 6 people can stay overnight. Towels and linens are available in sufficient quantities. There is also a wardrobe with a clothes rack, wall hook rail and shoe rack in the hallway. Guest access Ample parking is available in our courtyard. Check-in is possible with us contactlessly via key boxes. Detailed check-in instructions incl. key box code in good time before your arrival. Please use the official route via Ziegelbergstraße and Weinbergsteige to get here. Older GPS systems mistakenly lead via an agricultural path to our farm, which is only approved for agricultural traffic. Signage for guests is already being planned and will soon be installed in the village. Other things to note Our prices include the use of the Wi-Fi network. The Silvaner apartment is a non-smoking accommodation where no pets are allowed. If you are planning a stay with your dog, we can offer you one of our three new, barrier-free apartments (Burgundy, Domina or Scheurebe).
