Arrive, unwind, relax. Enjoy the heavenly tranquility and idyllic ambiance amidst vineyards and fields. Let nature affect you - chirping birds, buzzing bees, rabbits in the vineyard, butterflies in shrubs and bushes. And enjoy the wonderful sunsets with a glass of good wine. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, bathroom bathroom, spacious kitchen. Bedroom 1 has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe made of pine wood. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) made of solid spruce as well as a wardrobe made of pine wood. In the living room, a corner sofa with sleeping function invites you to stay and cozy evenings. The massive coffee table as well as the shelves made of wine boxes are designed with a lot of love to match the topic of wine itself. Relaxed TV evenings are also secured thanks to the large smart TV. Kitchen has a fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, built-in fridge including freezer, and a spacious dining group consisting of corner bench, large dining table and 3 chairs. This ensemble has a very special history, because it has already survived the complete fire of the old house in 2014. In elaborate work, it was freed from soot by us, sanded off and reintroduced with linseed oil turnis. The resulting rustic look combines rural feel-good character with modern, simple furnishings. The kitchen also includes a microwave, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and cooking spoon. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet, linen closet as well as washing machine, heat pump dryer, clothes rack and hair dryer. A highlight is the approx. 20 m² roof terrace with an amazing view of the surrounding vineyards as well as the city of Kitzingen. A massive seating area with a table and 2 benches invites you to a joint brunch or a relaxed glass of wine. The total space in the apartment is about 75 m2 plus the roof terrace. Up to 6 people can stay here. Towels and bed linen are available in sufficient quantity. Furthermore, there is a wardrobe with clothes rack, wall hook strip and shoe rack in the hallway. Guest access Ample parking is available in our courtyard. Check-in is possible via contactless key boxes. A detailed check-in instructions incl. You will receive the key box code from us in good time before your arrival. Please use the official route via the Ziegelbergstraße as well as the vineyard trails. Older navigators mistakenly lead to our farm via an agricultural path, which is only open to agricultural traffic. A signage for the guests is already planned and will soon be set up in the village. Other things to note Our prices include the use of the Wi-Fi network. Apartment Silvaner is a non-smoking accommodation in which no pets are allowed. If you are planning a stay with your dog, we can offer you one of our three new, accessible apartments (Burgundy, Domina or Scheurebe).
