The living area features a very comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a bookshelf. Two grand pianos are also available, perfect for music lovers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, stovetop, oven, kettle, and refrigerator, making it easy to prepare delicious homemade meals. All the necessary cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience. We also supply fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The three bedrooms each feature a double bed (140x200), made up with high-quality hotel-grade linens. From two of the bedrooms, the balcony offers stunning views of the Bastille, the Eiffel Tower, and Notre-Dame. There are two bathrooms in the apartment: one with a bathtub, the other with a shower. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is relax and enjoy! Guest access Guest has access to all areas of the apartment. Other things to note Late check-in fee of EUR 20 will be charged for check-ins after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
