Villa Mia ~ private pool & sea view near Trogir

Villa Mia is located in the peaceful bay of Marina just 12km from the Unesco Heritage site of Trogir and 19km from the Split Airport. It has wonderful sea view, private swimming pool and pool for children. The villa is new, modern and air-conditioned. It has equipped kitchen with coffee machine, jacuzzi bath, outdoor shower and BBQ area. Little town Marina has lovely beaches and nice restaurants only 400m from the villa. The villa has free private parking and Wi-Fi. Split is 40km from the villa. The space Villa Mia extends to 700 m2 of private fenced land. It is surrounded by olive trees. The size of the house is 260m2 on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with an exit to a sun terrace with sunbads, swimming pool, pool for children and outdoor shower, BBQ area and covered seating. Ground floor includes fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet too. On the 1st floor, there are 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom), bathroom with jacuzzi and toilet, laundry room and terrace. The biggest bedroom has its own terrace with wonderful sea view. There is private parking. Guest access We are renting the entire property (pool is private). Other things to note There are some gorgeous places worth visiting while staying in this area: Trogir (12km), Primošten (20km), Split (40km), Šibenik (50km), Plitvice lakes, Krka Waterfalls (56km) and beautiful Croatian islands such as Hvar, Brač, Vis and many others.
