The flat with beamed ceiling and two panoramic balconies with mountain views has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Residence surrounded by greenery with large private garden of over 2000 square meters. with play area for children and small equipped chalet, tree house, trampoline, barbecue and private parking, in a panoramic and sunny position at 500 mt. from the town center and 500 mt. from the ski lifts that can be reached with the free ski bus or even on foot via a forest path. In a warm and welcoming environment, the apartment is spacious and bright, it is located on the second floor with an exposed roof, consisting of: entrance hall, large living room-kitchen, two double bedrooms (in one, possibility of adding a third bed), windowed bathroom, two panoramic balconies; on the attic floor, accessible from a comfortable wooden staircase, there is the third room with four beds and the second bathroom. Both bathrooms have a shower. The equipment of the apartment includes washing machine, dishwasher, safe, free wi-fi, central vacuum cleaner, hair-dryer, digital TV.
