The 8 x 4 POOL has a large 60 m2 beach with 6 deckchairs and 2 armchairs. 2 bedrooms of 15 m2 and 12 m2, both with COMFORTABLE bedding (140*190), a dresser and a bedside table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate. Its LARGE LIVING ROOM of 40 m2 offers a setting conducive to relaxation. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and access is given to you on arrival. The American kitchen is very well equipped (complete dishes and utensils). The first floor of the house is occupied by the owners with private and independent access. Secure access to the pool is reserved for vacationers between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily. An electric BARBECUE grill is available as well as a PING PONG TABLE. FREE PARKING guaranteed on the street in front of the property. The apartment is a non-smoking space. Not suitable for animals. Your stay will take place in a safe and impeccably clean environment. The apartment at your disposal is located on the ground floor of the villa. We live on the 1st floor with a separate entrance and share the villa's swimming pool with vacationers. You have access to the 50 m2 terrace reserved for rent, a private solarium with 2 deckchairs for vacationers. Secure access (through a lockable door) to the swimming pool for vacationers is from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day. No other vacationers but you. Only we, who live there, have access to the pool. We obviously respect the privacy and tranquility of vacationers throughout their stay. That's our commitment. We don't accept parties or evening gatherings. Other things to note 25 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Bleue (Carry le Rouet, Sausset les Pins...) and without tolls. You are half an hour from Cassis and its magnificent Calanques.
